Where it starts
01The melt
US grown soy wax, melted and blended to spec in steel tanks. The same recipe, batch after batch.
Centered, every time
02The wick
Wicks are set and centered before a drop of wax is poured. A crooked wick is a bad burn, so none get through.
Glass, warmed first
03The pre-heat
Vessels are pre-heated before the pour so the wax bonds evenly to the glass. No cold glass, no flaws.
Filled to the line
04The pour
Automated fill heads pour every vessel to the same line, at up to fifty units a minute.
Patience, controlled
05The cool
Fresh pours cure on long lines at a controlled pace. Rushing this step ruins a candle, so we never do.
