Return Policy

1. All Sales Are Final

Due to the custom nature of our products and the personalized services we provide, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds for any products purchased from Lumient, including but not limited to:

  • Custom candles and private-label products
  • Wholesale orders and bulk purchases
  • Individual candles and candle components
  • Fragrance oils and wax products
  • All other merchandise and accessories

2. Quality Assurance

We take great care in the production and packaging of all our products. Each item is carefully inspected before shipping to ensure it meets our high-quality standards. We are committed to delivering products that exceed your expectations.

3. Damaged or Defective Products

In the rare event that you receive a product that arrives damaged due to shipping or contains a manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately at hello@lumient.la within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include replacement of the defective item at our discretion.

4. Order Accuracy

Please carefully review your order before completing your purchase. Due to our final sale policy, we cannot make changes to orders once they have been placed and confirmed. This includes:

  • Product specifications and quantities
  • Shipping addresses
  • Fragrance selections
  • Custom artwork and labeling details
  • Payment information

5. Order Cancellation

Orders may only be cancelled within 2 hours of placement and before production has begun. Once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded. Please contact us immediately at hello@lumient.la if you need to cancel your order.

6. Custom and Private-Label Orders

All custom orders, private-label products, and personalized items are made to order specifically for each customer. These products are non-returnable and non-refundable under all circumstances, as they cannot be resold to other customers.

7. Wholesale Orders

Wholesale orders are subject to the same final sale policy. Due to the volume and custom nature of wholesale purchases, no returns, exchanges, or refunds are permitted. We encourage wholesale customers to order samples before placing large orders to ensure satisfaction with the product quality and specifications.
